David Hasselhoff’s rep has denied that he was put on an involuntary psychiatric hold following his hospitalization over the weekend.
After other sites reported that the troubled actor was put on a 5150, David's rep issued the following statement, "David is home now and he's fine. I'm not sure where that information is coming from."
And he's not the only one who had a less than festive weekend! Hasselhoff’s ex-wife Pamela Bach was charged with drunk driving Saturday night, after being stopped after 8PM on Laurel Canyon Boulevard. According to the
LA Times, Bach recorded breathalyzer tests of .14 and .13, which is well above the legal limit of .08.
With all the drama going on with Pamela and David, who's looking after the kids?

Reese's rep may be denying the
breakup, but there was no denying what we saw going on at the Oscar winner's Brentwood house last night!
Jake Gyllenhaal’s assistant visited Reese's home at 7PM on Sunday, and she stayed for about 15 minutes before stepping out with two pieces of luggage. She then headed over to Jake's house with the bags, and X17 photographers on the scene tell X17online exclusively, “She looked like she had a job to do. She was in and out very quickly, and she had two bags with her in the car when she left.â€Â
So does this confirm the breakup? And is this how celebs end their relationships these days?

...and then some! Damn, is that really Jennifer Garner or Nicole Richie circa 2005?
Ben Affleck's wife, seen here leaving a hair salon the other day, just keeps getting thinner! Don't lose any more weight, Jen. Wonder what the reason is behind her slimming waistline? Hopefully it's not marriage problems!

On the left, Johnny Depp's ladylove Vanessa Paradis grocery shopping in Beverly Hills and, on the right, Angelina Jolie... Depp's possible co-star in the upcoming
The Tourist.
I'd watch out if I was Vanessa! Not that she's not pretty. It's just that, well, it's Angelina.

Tigers Woods, today,
retained the services of Orlando criminal attorney Mark NeJame to represent him in relation to Friday morning's incident at the golfer's Orlando home.
X17online put a call in to Mr. NeJame's office and we were given his cell phone number which was also answered by someone other than Mr. NeJame. We're told he will be releasing a statement "shortly" and the person who answered the phone could not confirm to X17online whether Mr. NeJame was representing only Mr. Woods or the golfer and his wife, Elin Nordegren.
It remains to be seen whether Tiger's wife will retain her own attorney to represent her in any possibly domestic violence or
spousal abuse charges.
Reports say the couple fought before Woods left the home and
reversed into a fire hydrant at the end of his driveway and then
hit a tree. Accusations were made that Elin scratched her husband's face before he left the house and was chasing the golfer with a golf club and hitting his Escalade SUV as he tried to leave the driveway. The incident came just two days after a report by the
National Enquirer that claimed Tiger has been cheating on his wife.
It is possible state prosecutors could file domestic abuse charges against Elin on behalf of Tiger, even without his consent. In that case, Elin would be forced to hire her own legal representation.
Stay tuned for the latest news from our correspondent in Orlando ...

UPDATE! - UsMagazine.com reports Reese's rep denies the split. We've put in calls to her people and we're waiting to hear back.
Reese Witherspoon, 33, and Jake Gyllenhaal, 29, have ended their relationship after two and a half years, a source tells People.com.
The couple started dating in April 2007, after meeting on the set of the film
Rendition -- a CIA thriller in which they starred opposite each other.
The pair have been the target of marriage speculation almost since they went public with their relationship. Reese told Parade magazine last year: "Family is all we have in life, but I don’t know how I feel about marriage. Obviously, I'm not far enough out of being married to think about doing it again."
"I don't think about it much ... it's important to stay open to whatever your relationship evolves into. I have a certain idea of what I thought marriage is and the whole life and [the way] things are, and sometimes it doesn’t work out that way," she told the mag.
Reese split from her husband of seven years, Ryan Phillippe, in 2006. They have two children together - Ava, 10, and Deacon, 6.

Mark NeJame |
Tiger Woods' newly-appointed attorney, Orlando-based
Mark NeJame, called Florida Highway Patrol investigators today to cancel questioning of his client and Woods' wife Elin Nordegren previously scheduled for today at 3 pm ET.
This was the FHP's third attempt to question the couple after Friday morning's incident.
Two FHP cars entered Wood's Isleworth neighborhood today around 3 pm ET and stayed for about 35 minutes. It is uncertain what they did inside the gated community or if they were, in fact, at Woods' home. Four helicopters circled overhead during the visit.
