We've got some bad news for you Lady Gaga lovers out there!
Even though Gaga has kicked some serious butt on the charts and caught our attention with her wacky outfits and killer performances, she's not eligible for a Best New Artist Grammy this year. According to Variety, because "Just Dance" received a nomination for dance recording for the 51st annual Grammys, she is not eligible for the new artist category, due to Grammy regulations.
Oh well, there's always next year! And you know she'll get tons of love from MTV next fall at the VMAs, so we're guessing she's not too upset about this!

After being admonished from the panel at The Insider where Spencer Pratt was called "a tool" and told he's got "too much hair gel in his hair" which is affecting his brain, Spencer finally tweeted an apology to Al Roker for calling him "abusive" and saying he looks like he's "about to die!"
The Insider panel, which included Star Jones, acted like strict parents who were disappointed in their willful children.
Heidi (who appears dumber every day) was the first to feel bad, telling the panel, she would love to apologize to Roker and fix their broken relationship. "I was a big fan of you, i'm sorry you got upset but i hope we can talk this out because I think you've contributed a lot to America," Heidi said, addressing Al directly. Then, it was Spencer's turn, and to my surprise he admitted he was sorry, too. "I'm very sorry, but I didn't think people took me so seriously," he said before sending Roker the tweet:

Yesterday Paris and Nicky Hilton shopped at Diavolina in West Hollywood, and after the girls had their fill of retail therapy, we spotted them leaving in separate cars. They can't do everything together, you know!
Paris browsed the clothes and accessories, and at one point she even tried on a captain hat. Is someone planning a nautical themed party, or is she already preparing for Halloween next year?

While the rest of us were drooling over photos of Robstener at the LA premiere of New Moon, Miley Cyrus was busy telling Cleveland radio station Q92 that "I don't want anything to do with it!"
When an interviewer asked her what she thought of the Twilight mania, Cyrus responded, "I've never seen it and nor will I ever." Cyrus continued, "I don't believe in it. I don't like vampires. ... I don't like the wolf that pops out of the screen when I'm watching my TV at night. I don't like it. I don't want anything to do with it. I don't like the shirts. I don't like any of it," the popstar said emphatically.
Harsh words considering she's set to work with Twilight's producers on a new fantasy film called Wings, which is somewhat like Twilight, but with fairies!
But I bet the Twilovers aren't too put off by Miley's comments. It's not like they've ever seen an episode of Hannah Montana either!

After wearing that horrendous white dress known as the towel, Pamela Anderson has finally stepped out in something a little sexier. Yesterday we snapped the former Baywatch babe shopping in Malibu in this striped number, and even though her mug isn't what it used to be, her body still looks pretty damn good!
But seriously, Robsten couldn't pose together once? Were they afraid to after those hand-holding pictures got out? And more intriguingly, why is Kristen getting oh so close with Taylor and not Rob?

Halle Berry hosted the "An Evening Of Awareness" even in New York last night benefitting the Jenesse Center and Trevor Project, but the only thing we're aware of is how that dress is hugging Halle's curves!
Ok, so she doesn't have the flattest stomach or the smallest thighs, but at least she's showing off her non-Spanxed non-baby belly with pride!
And who says all Hollywood women have to be twigs anyway? Ok, sometimes we do, but in this case we're making an exception!
