Rob Pattinson revealed that the wheels are being put in motion to bring the fourth and final Twilight novel, Breaking Dawn to the screen, with production returning to the US for a shoot in Portland.

"I probably shouldn't say this," Rob told MTV News last weekend. "But I've heard that we're going to shoot it in Portland."

And Portland being the home and frequent location for two-time Oscar nominee Gus Van Sant, it makes perfect sense for the director to sign on to direct the fourth film.

"I think Gus Van Sant would be great to do it," Rob said. "He shoots everything in Portland," reasoned the 23-year-old British heartthrob. "He's good at making it look beautiful."

Plus, the subject matter is one Van Sant's quite familiar with. "It's all about teenage love and obsessions," Rob reasoned. "I think Gus Van Sant would be great."

Last night LeAnn Rimes and her lover Eddie Cibrian went to the David Gray concert at the Orpheum Theater in Los Angeles, and even though those cheating rumors popped up last week, these two look happier than ever!

Jon Gosselin isn't taking TLC's breach-of-contract suit lying down. He's counter-suing the network that made him famous for $5 million dollars.

In the suit, Jon contends that "TLC is preventing him from earning a living with a contract that is too restrictive," according to Radar Online. Quite interesting that he chose this tactic when you consider that Jon was the one who blocked TLC from continuing to shoot the kids, rendering Jon & Kate Plus 8 and Kate Plus 8 defunct.

TLC's suit claims Jon entered into negotiations for various reality shows and made appearances without their consent, which constituted a breach-of-contract. He's expected to appear for that case in a Maryland courtroom on December 14th, where he'll have to watch as former lovers and friends testify for the prosecution.
