There's no doubt about it, Gwen Stefani, hubby Gavin Rossdale and their two young sons are our fav celeb family. Sorry Brangelina!

Yesterday afternoon we spotted the Stefani-Rossdales playing at a park nearby their home, and Kingston and Zuma couldn't seem to get enough of the swings! As if that wasn't enough of a rush, Kingston was absolutely delighted when his daddy hoisted him up high in the air. Awww! Check out the gallery below for more cuteness!

Oscar winner Kate Winslet successfully sued The Daily Mail after the tabloid accused her of lying about her exercise routine and labeled her "the world's most irritating actress." The gossip rag has reportedly been forced to pay $40,000 in damages and apologize.

An article titled "Should Kate Winslet Win an Oscar for the World's Most Irritating Actress" seriously "injured her personal and professional reputation," and made Kate feel "distressed and embarrassed."

After the ruling Kate issued the following statement:

"I am delighted that the Mail have apologized for making false allegations about me. I was particularly upset to be accused of lying about my exercise regime and felt that I had a responsibility to request an apology in order to demonstrate my commitment to the views that I have always expressed about body issues, including diet and exercise. I strongly believe that women should be encouraged to accept themselves as they are, so to suggest that I was lying was an unacceptable accusation of hypocrisy."

Yesterday afternoon we snapped the High School Musical stars lunching at Paty's in Toluca Lake, and after hanging out and being more than polite with photogs, the two embraced and went their separate ways. Aww, we know Vanessa has nothing to worry about, so we think it's totally sweet that these two are super close like this!

Last night we caught Britney Spears jetting out of LAX with her dad Jamie, and the two were headed to Perth, where Brit kicks off the Australian leg of her Circus tour on Friday November 6.

It's definitely a smart move for her to give herself a few days rest before taking the stage, but the pop princess definitely didn't look thrilled to start her adventure down under! Maybe it's the long flight, but is there any chance Brit's burnt out from touring the world?
