Aww, looks like that case of strep throat has gotten the better of little miss Miley Cyrus.

The pop tart has pulled out of her Omaha, Nebraska concert on Friday, "due to illness," it was announced today. Miley has been tweeting about how miserable she is, and she even ran off the stage when she performed in Salt Lake City on Tuesday, so it looks like she's getting the rest she needs to recuperate.

So what's she up to right now? Her family has been taking care of her, and Miley just tweeted a few minutes ago that she's "laying in bed watching The Little Mermaid." Sounds like a plan to us!

The Omaha concert has been rescheduled for October 13.

Okay, I'm gonna admit - Kelly Osbourne and her fiance Luke Worrall are kinda hot together. You know, in a punk-emo kinda way! The couple partied the night away at Bardot on Wednesday in their matching bleached blonde hair.

A source close to Khloe and Lamar Odom tells X17online exclusively that the couple are still searching for a love nest, and they're torn between several locations. Lamar practices every day in El Segundo and plays at the Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles, and Khloe films her reality show in Calabasas, so they're trying to find a spot in between. The source tells X17online exclusively:

"After shooting for 12-16 hours a day, the last thing Khloe wants to do is sit in traffic, so she's working with Lamar to find the perfect pad in the middle of both of their commutes."

It's definitely a buyer's market, so the lovebirds shouldn't have too much trouble...and we can't wait to see what the end up settling on!

A rep for the show has confirmed that Christina Aguilera will appear as a guest judge on the October 15 episode. Can't wait for this!

After TLC announced that they were dropping Jon Gosselin from Jon & Kate Plus 8 and subsequently renaming the show Kate Plus Eight, Jon had his attorney send a "cease and desist" order to the network, and he demanded that the show's crew leave the property he shares with Kate in Pennsylvania immediately.

Attorney Mark Jay Heller said, "Jon realized his family was like a trainwreck, so he decided to put the brakes on the divorce and on the show…because if he didn't the family would be in a mortal accident…the victims of a trainwreck."

So what did the network have to say in response to Jon's words of wisdom? Not only are they halting production of the show, but they totally ripped him a new one! TLC released the following statement:

"We are aware of Jon Gosselin's recent statements, and remain deeply disappointed at his continued erratic behavior. He and the family were shooting as recently as last Friday, without incident, and his latest comments are grossly inaccurate, without merit and are clearly opportunistic. Despite Jon Gosselin's repeated self destructive and unprofessional actions, he remains under an exclusive contract with TLC. Direct filming of the children has been currently suspended, pending further conversations between both parents."
