What would hubby Pete Wentz say???

There's a report on Star Magazine claiming an "overly flirty" Ashlee Simpson was getting "touchy-feely" with her Melrose Place co-star Colin Egglesfield...

Apparently, a close friend reveals that Ash thought this guy was "really hot" from the beginning. Oh, and Pete Wentz is totes jealous!

A set source says he and Ash have been fighting on set, overhearing her "break down in sobs after angry phone calls." Uh-oh.

I only refuse to believe this because, as Ash has no chemistry with her co-stars on screen, how could she possibly have it off?

They haven't even gotten married yet, and they're already having trust and money issues! Dun dun dun...

Kevin Jonas and his fiancee Danielle Deleasa may not be getting married at the end of year, as it was previously reported. Apparently Danielle has yet to sign the prenup that Kevin and his lawyers drafted up, as she is taking some time to come to terms with the request.

Hmm, I'm all for planning ahead, but I doubt Kevin would totally leave his lady love in the cold if the two of them ended up getting a divorce....so what's the deal? Is she after his millions, or is she just trying to protect herself?

Ahh, one can always expect ridiculous quotes from the Queen of Pop when she sits down for an interview, and last night on The Late Show With David Letterman was no exception.

The material girl was carried into the studio on the shoulders of several of the NY Rangers, and she quipped that this was her first time "riding" a hockey player. Madonna also joked with Dave about some of her other conquests (check out the video below to see the look on her taut face when A-Rod's name is brought up!), and she even talked about walking down the aisle again. When asked if she'd get married a third time, she told Dave, "I think I'd rather get run over by a train." Hmm, did her marriage to Guy Ritchie leave a bad taste in her mouth or what?!

Even though Madonna has a tendency to be a bit ahem, full of herself, she was witty and polite with Dave, and she was even game to eat in front of the cameras! When Dave learned that Madonna had never had a piece of NY pizza, he took her around the corner for a bite to eat. Of course, Madonna doesn't eat cheese, so her slice was topped with basil and olives, but she happily chowed down on the dairy-free goodness as photographers snapped away from the street. Hmm, maybe she's not such a diva after all?

After Kristin's somewhat disappointing bow as the star of the new Hills, we're actually kinda glad to see boring old Lauren out and about! Sure, there's one less camera crew following her around now, but we knew this best-selling author couldn't stay away from the fame for too long!

We spotted her out at MI-6 last night flying solo. I guess her girls are all too busy pretending to be each other's besties now!

JC Chasez dashed the hopes of millions of former teeny-boppers (who are now in their 20s) when he emphatically told MTV News that there was no chance in hell 'NSYNC would ever be getting back together.

"Nope," Chasez said in response to questions about any any reunion tours OR albums that might be in 'NSYNC's future. "I keep in touch with all of them. [We don't want to do it] because we already did that and it was fun, but we're done with it."

JC went on to say that although he's not competitive with his former bandmates and pals, he believes he was just as good a dancer as JT.

"I would say that was a toss-up between Justin and I. We just had very different styles," JC said. "Justin was very fluid and more the crooner, and I was more high-energy and power."

Ok, well if they ever get back on stage together, maybe we'll be able to see if he can hold his own beside JT these days!

Lindsay Lohan has launched some new pieces for her 6126 leggings line, and of course she's the one modeling the sexy spandex.

The black cut out leggings are definitely hot, but are they really appropriate for everyday wear? Or are these only something the starlet could pull off, while stumbling out of a club at 3am? While some of you may have your doubts, consider this: Lindsay's leggings were quite a hit last year, so if the sales from the 2008-2009 season are any indication of how popular these will be, she's got nothing to worry about!

Er, but wait...is that real fur in the last picture? The thigh highs are super cute, but we're concerned that someone from PETA is going to give her another flour shower for that one!

The rumors that Kate's knocked up with A-Rod's baby are false, says her rep.

Brad Cafarelli told Gatecrasher that reports that Kate's expecting a little A-Rod are false, despite the fact that pix of her looking a bit plumper are making the rounds.

But sometimes being happy can make you gain weight, and X17online can exclusively report that when we spotted the happy couple out at Giorgio Baldi last week, Kate was drinking wine!

So what's in her belly is most likely a meatball - not a little ball of joy!

The day news broke that TLC had decided to drop Jon from their hit show, renaming it Kate Plus 8, Jon decided to "put the brakes" on his divorce proceedings, but now he's putting a stop to something else: the camera crews who've been following his family for years!

The Insider reports that Jon's attorney, Mark Jay Heller, has sent a "cease and desist" order to TLC, and demanded that the entire crew leave the property he shares with Kate in Pennsylvania immediately.

Heller says, "Jon realized his family was like a trainwreck, so he decided to put the brakes on the divorce and on the show…because if he didn't the family would be in a mortal accident…the victims of a trainwreck."

Gosselin's attorney also goes on to say that the original contract Jon & Kate signed with TLC may be null and void not only because the name change to Kate Plus 8, (which Jon says he never consented to allow his kids to appear in), but also that TLC has never compensated his 8, which may be in violation of Pennsylvania labor laws!

So much drama!

Gosselin and his attorney wanted to make it clear that the move to stop production was in effect way before it was announced that TLC would be cutting down Jon's role on the show, but the timing is just way too suspicious.

Jon arrived in LA last night, hitting up Crustacean in Beverly Hills. The father-of-eight looked as if he was having the time of his life, and showing no signs of the turmoil going on in his life over the past few days.
