Listed at $9.95 million, the 10,000-square-foot, 8-bedroom architectural stunner wasn't attracting any buyers at that price.

This drop in price may affect her celebrity neighbor's home prices -- stars like Jennifer Aniston, who only recently finished construction on her home; Courtenay Cox; Milla Jovovich; Simon Cowell; and Tom Cruise, whose homes are all nearby.



Candy Spelling's 56,500-square-foot mansion went on the market in March with Hilton & Hyland for $150 million. It looks like the for sale sign in front of that pad could be hanging for a while -- with such a small pool of potential buyers for a property like this, a seller better not be in a hurry.

A Beverly Hills real estate agent spoke to X17online.com on the condition of anonymity:

"This sale is a symbol of the drop. Everybody was looking at this property to see what would happen and now people are stunned."

Kim added that she thought the photoshoot was "done in good taste," and she had no qualms about showing a little skin. Hey, she certainly shouldn't...she looks HOT!

With both girls moving out of their respective Hollywood homes, Rohan has taken up residence at Sunset Blvd.'s most notorious hotel hot-spot.
