Megan Fox and Shia LaBeouf showed up for a taping of Live with Regis and Kelly in NYC this morning, probably to talk about the movie and how hot Megan is. I like big explosions in summer blockbusters as much as the next guy, but word around town is that T2 is extremely loud and headache-inducing. I'm sure that's what America wants though! Farrah Fawcett's best friend Alana Stewart was snapped leaving the St. John's Medical Center in Santa Monica after her passing this morning, and she was in a somber mood as she approached her car. Alana released the following statement to ET regarding Farrah's death:

"There are no words to express the deep sense of loss that I feel. For thirty years Farrah was much more than a friend, she was my sister, and although I will miss her terribly I know in my heart that she will always be there as that angel on the shoulder of everyone who loved her."

Craig Nevius, the producer who worked with Farrah Fawcett on the reality series Chasing Farrah and the heartbreaking doc Farrah's Story has issued the following statement to X17online regarding the actress' passing:



Though there were some legal issues with the first doc, there is a part two planned, and even though she's no longer with us, we know this is what Farrah would want.

From supermodel to supermom!

Ryan O'Neal was spotted leaving St. John's Hospital in Santa Monica following Farrah's death this morning.

Ryan headed back to the Farrah's condo where he is expected to be joined by family and friends.

Moments after Farrah Fawcett passed away, Ryan O'Neal emerged from St. John's Hospital in Santa Monica saying simply, "She's gone."

O'Neal was accompanied by Farrah's longtime friend Alana Stewart who described Fawcett's death as "peaceful."

Moments ago Ryan O'Neal issued this statement:

"After a long and brave battle with cancer, our beloved Farrah has passed away. Although this is an extremely difficult time for her family and friends, we take comfort in the beautiful times that we shared with Farrah over the years and the knowledge that her life brought joy to so many people around the world."
