Kiefer Sutherland turned himself into police in New York City Thursday afternoon where he was given a desk-appearance ticket for allegedly headbutting Proenza Schouler designer Jack McCollough at a party earlier this week.

Wearing an overcoat to protect from a light drizzle and dressed in a light blue button down oxford shirt and blue jeans, Kiefer smiled at the media gathered around as he made his way inside Manhattan's 1st Precinct.

Since he wasn't charged with a felony, the 24 star can travel and will not be held in custody.

Neither Sutherland, nor his attorney made any statements about the charges.

Last night, Katy Perry celebrated the premiere of her new music video, "Waking Up in Vegas," at Mr. West nightclub in NYC, and it looks like the singer had a blast!

Katy's on again/off again boyfriend, Travis McCoy showed up, as well as Rihanna and a mini-Katy Perry from Jeff Beacher's Madhouse. Katy spent time chatting with her lookalike, and the ladies posed for photos and partied the night away. Rihanna, Travis and Katy hung out at their VIP table and drank Svedka vodka until the wee hours of the morning, occasionally taking breaks to snap pictures and dance. Sound like a great party to us!

Even though Cam Gigandet's O.C. character killed Marissa (aka Mischa Barton), I'll forgive him because he and his girlfriend Dominique are sooooo damn attractive.

We spotted the happy couple taking their newborn baby Everleigh out for a stroll in LA. You know that girl is gonna be a looker!

Who knew they were baseball fans!

Kim, Khloe and Kourtney - not to mention their mom, Kris - hit up the Dodger game in LA last night where the girls sat in the Dugout Club all night after throwing the ceremonial first pitches! Looks like the Kardashians proved to be a good luck charm, too... the Dodgers beat the Washington Nationals 10-3!

What IS it with these two? They're miserable when they're apart, but then when they're in the same room together, it's nothing but drama (and broken windows)!

Around 2am this morning, Lindsay was snapped heading into Samantha's house with a Louis Vuitton gift box, and everything seemed to be quiet and under control, but then photogs heard the two fighting around 4am. Lindsay wailed and screamed, "Why couldn't you be there for me?!" and the noise lasted for about 30 minutes before things calmed down. You gotta wonder what the neighbors think of all the ruckus!

Anyway, at 6am Lindsay walked out the front door with the adorable and cuddly Cadillac, and she hopped into the backseat of a black matte Rolls Royce Phantom. Samantha came out a few minutes later with her guitar and a piece of LV luggage, and she slipped inside a black towncar and headed to the airport. It looks like the girls were able to kiss and make up, because they both seemed to be in pretty good spirits when they left...

Samantha's on her way to Chicago for back to back gigs, so it looks like Linds is on doggie duty for the next few days...lucky her! Maybe when Samantha gets back they'll resume their peace talks?
