Aww, usually Kingston is the object of our affection, but after checking out these shots of the equally adorable Cruz and Romeo Beckham, we're melting!

The boys went to Coldwater Park yesterday afternoon, and while Romeo showed off his skateboarding skills, Cruz made us chuckle with a series of excited and bewildered facial expressions. Sooooooo cute!

Kiefer Sutherland will surrender to authorities as early as today to be booked on charges he assaulted Proenza Schouler designer Jack McCollough at a party in New York City on Monday night.

Sutherland will be charged with third-degree assault, for allegedly headbutting the designer.

A friend of the 24 star told the NY Daily News Kiefer regrets the incident.

"Kiefer is sorry. It happened. Absolutely. It's terribly regrettable," the friend said.

However, the friend isn't backing down from his allegations that McCollough started the altercation.

"Kiefer was provoked," the friend insists.

While the charges are described as "minor," it's not clear if Sutherland's latest legal problems will after the scheduled start of filming for 24's upcoming 8th season.

We snapped the actress at a medical building in Beverly Hills yesterday afternoon (duh, where else), and the combination of her glasses and thin frame made it hard for us to recognize her. The slightly fried frizzy blonde hair was kind of a giveaway, but geez! She looks like she might be even thinner than Lindsay...

Uh oh...more legal woes for the King of Pop!

Michael Jackson's former spokesperson Raymone Bain has filed a $44 million lawsuit against the singer, claiming he broke his promise to give her 10% of all the deals she helped negotiate over the years.

Bain (who started working for Jackson in 2003) claims she helped broker deals for the 25th anniversary "Thriller" album as well as the refinancing of his music catalogue.

The $44 million represents her cut of those and other recent deals, including Jackson's upcoming concerts in London, which are estimated to bring in approzimately $400 million. Bain told the press, "I have been left no choice."

You can hate on Ali Lohan all you want, and while I'm not sure that these shorts are the most appropriate length for the FIFTEEN-year-old girl, Lilo's little sis does look great. We know she doesn't have the sophistication of other teen starlets like say, Dakota Fanning, but think of it this way - we've seen Miley, Jamie Lynn and even little miss Fanning rock short shorts, and they're all in the same age group, so maybe it's not that bad?

Katie Holmes has just booked herself yet another gig! Maybe that's what the meeting was about the other day?

According to Variety, Katie Holmes will star in Don't Be Afraid of the Dark, a thriller for Miramax Films that was written by Guillermo del Toro and Matthew Robbins.

The flick will shoot this summer in Melbourne, Australia, and it's based on a 1973 ABC TV movie about a young girl who moves in with her father and his girlfriend and discovers they are living in a house with devilish creatures.
