Is Nick totally over Vanessa???

The couple have reportedly been on the rocks for a long time and some are saying a break-up is not far off.

Celebs tend to have a love/hate relationship with the paps, and even though last night Lindsay seemed to be hatin' on the photogs, during the day it was a whole different story.

Lindsay's Bentley ran out of gas yesterday in the middle of La Brea, when she was on her way to do some shopping with Ali and a friend.

"She seemed really upset and stressed out," X17 photogs tell us, so they drove to the gas station, got her a gallon of gas and went back to the car. It was enough to get the car over to the station, where she filled it up, and gave a smile to the paps.

After that, Lindsay was able to make it to her destination: Fred Segal, of course! Once again, Linds smiled and posed for the paps, but when one guy asked her to hold her trademark pose for just a little longer, she said "This isn't a photo shoot!" Aww, snap!

Zac's making the rounds of NYC, this time @ The Late Show to promote his new film 17 Again, and also to prove to the world that he's a serious actor, not just a Disney-fied musical theater geek only fit for movies like Footloose!

Which is exactly why he came out for his monologue on SNL doing the Footloose knee slide, right?
