Does absence make the heart grow fonder? Maybe that works for Rihanna and Chris Brown, but not me!

The Umbrella singer is currently in the Big Apple - she dined at Da Silvano last night - and the boyfriend that beat her, Chris Brown, is still in La La Land working out at the gym (check out X17's pic of Chris at LA Fitness - the ONLY pic of him from the weekend!). But even though they're on opposite coasts - is there healing in separation? We now know from Rihanna's uncle, Robert Fenty, that Ri and Chris are not recording a new duet together, but that doesn't mean they're not still making beautiful music together, either.



Oh, Ri. You look like you're doing so well! Is reuniting with Chris what you really want? I mean, even his bodyguards are crazy, attacking what's left of his fans!

Here's the latest update on everybody's favorite allegedly-rehabilitated-actress (with a warrant now out for her arrest): LiLo and her lover Samantha Ronson stayed secluded, all day and night, inside Sam's pad yesterday - remember when the cops came to the door and no one answered? - and so some pals brought in groceries for the couple, as well as some reading material...



The blue book leaves little to the imagination. Could it be these girls are planning an intervention? It seems our little LiLo was not complying with the terms of her probation - AKA, she wasn't going to AA meetings, so she had AA come to her.

Does she not understand how serious this is?!?

This isn't just another fight for Linds and Sam... if Ms. Lohan ventures into Beverly Hills, she could easily be arrested.

Your move, Lindsay.

This is a little overkill! On Friday the world's favorite mother, Nadya Suleman, took her clan to Disneyland... and yesterday she took 'em to Knott's Berry Farm.

Okay, we get it, OctoMom! You're the best mom EVER. Now go home and actually raise the kids, mmkay?

Before her weird behavior at the grocery store, her late night of partying and the fight that resulted in the cops being called to Sam's house, we spotted a legging clad Lindsay Lohan running errands in Hollywood. She seemed so calm and complacent, we never would have guessed where the next 24 hours would take us!

What the heck happened? What did Lindsay throw at Sam? Why isn't she turning herself in? Well, we may not know the answer to those first two, but Lindsay's attorney Shawn Chapman Holley released a statement that sheds some light on that last one:

"Since her [second DUI] case was resolved, Ms. Lohan has been in compliance with all the terms and conditions of her probation and all orders of the court. The warrant issued on Friday was, in our view, born out of a misunderstanding which I am confident I can clear up next week."

So are the cops still looking for Lindsay? Not...exactly. Beverly Hills Police Lt. Mark Rosen made the following statement at a press conference today:

"We are not actively looking for Ms. Lohan at this time. We are not anticipating her surrender this weekend. But if she comes in contact with police, she's subject to arrest. As for why we're not actively looking for her, that's not our procedure for this type of warrant. Her attorney is hoping to resolve this issue in the coming week. If it's not resolved, I'm sure we'll negotiate her voluntary surrender."

So what's next? Lindsay is expected to attend a hearing on Monday morning at a Beverly Hills courthouse, where her lawyer will work some magic and fix this little "misunderstanding."

Well this is some good news!

Rihanna jetted off to NYC the other day, and thankfully, she's spending some time away from her abusive boyfriend, Chris Brown. X17online has been speaking exclusively with Rihanna's uncle Robert Fenty, and he tells us that he spoke with the R&B singer just a few hours ago. Rihanna says she's doing fine, and she also told Robert that she hasn't been in touch with her father for two weeks, due to a lost cell phone that hasn't yet been replaced.

Anyway, it looks like Rihanna is taking the time to focus on her career and her future - she's having meetings in The Big Apple about her upcoming album AND a movie role! Robert tells X17online exclusively, "She is okay. She went out and had fun last night. She is enjoying life and trying to get it back on track."

Though we can't verify that Robert is in fact Rihanna's uncle, the information he's given us so far has been VERY credible. Remember that duet story? X17online told you first - after Robert tipped us off.

We spotted Hills hotties Heidi Montag and Stephanie Pratt grabbing a bite to eat at Joan's On Third yesterday, and we're a bit disappointed. No mascara stained tears or overenthusiastic hugs? Where's the drama girls!?

Jessica Alba looks great, Honor is adora--OMG, she's about to swallow her mom's jewelry!!!

Jessica took her darling daughter to the doctor yesterday, and even with the nanny accompanying her, she didn't seem to notice that Honor was chomping on her necklace. I guess she knows now!

Before she partied until the wee hours of the morning (and got into a fight with Sam and had the cops called to her house!), we snapped a very moody Lindsay Lohan at Gelson's yesterday.

Linds was all smiles on the way in, but when it was time to check out and go to her car, Linds was so annoyed with all the attention from the paps, she called the police! I guess this was before they knew about that arrest warrant! The could have saved themselves so much time (and drama!) by taking her into custody right then and there!
