Mischa Barton is being held on a 5150 psychiatric hold, a source tells X17online.

The O.C. actress was loud and belligerent this morning around 7am at her LA home, walking around screaming in a fenced area on the side of her house. She was dressed in a white button-down shirt, her hair up but falling in her face, hanging over the fence that divides hers and her neighbor's yards.

We've seen video of the incident and at one point Barton yells, "Uh, bye ... like [laughing]. Anybody here? Oh my god, it's over. I feel it."

A neighbor tells X17online Misha was "pacing, screaming, getting into a shouting match with the neighbor, hanging over the fence ... falling off the fence."

We're told Barton was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Beverly Hills for an evaluation that resulted in the 5150 hold.

Barton celebrated her 31st birthday with friends Wednesday evening.

In 2009, the actress suffered a breakdown for which resulted in her threatening to commit suicide, which led to her first 5150 hold. She was held at the UCLA psychiatric center for four days. She later said of the episode, "It was a full-on breakdown. It was terrifying. Straight out of Girl, Interrupted. Story of my life."

They're rolling deep for this one!

The Kardashians arrived at the airport to catch a private flight to Costa Rica for family vacation this afternoon, and there are so many of them going, they had to charter two jets!

Kris Jenner has her boy toy Corey Gamble in tow, and Kylie brought boyfriend Tyga and his son King Cairo. Kim has children North and Saint with her, but Kanye is noticeably absent. Reports yesterday claimed Scott Disick had scored an invite, but Kourtney was seen boarding the aircraft without him, and Khloe appears to be traveling solo as well. Poor Rob and Chyna got left out, but that's to be expected.

The K clan does one big trip every year to feature on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, and they won't have any shortage of topics to cover as they lay around on the beach taking belfies. Between Kimmy K's robbery, Yeezy's mental breakdown, The Lord's recent bender, Kourtney's sexy hookups with Justin Bieber, and Lamar trying to win back Khloe, they've got more than enough material to gossip about for ratings.

How is T-Raww the only love interest that is deemed worthy of a vacay with these ladies?! That's when you know everyone else is really in the doghouse!

Uh oh! The veil is being lifted, and it doesn't sound pretty.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's marriage and subsequent divorce is the subject of a new documentary by filmmaker Ian Halperin, and the investigative journalist has dug deep to uncover the most guarded details of the former couple's private life.

'This is the definitive film about Brangelina and a lot of secrets are going to come out. Ian has covered every cough and spit of their relationship and will reveal the real reasons behind Angelina filing for divorce," a source dished to The Sun.

"The biggest shock will be his claim that the couple were apart for more than a year prior to their break-up," the source added.

The actress filed for the D-word this past September, and the pair have been in a custody battle over their six kids ever since. The World War Z star was investigated by Child Protective Services over alleged child abuse claims, but was cleared by the agency of any wrongdoing.

The actor has been getting more frequent visitation with his brood in recent weeks, after going months without regular contact. "He seems to have a more positive outlook. Things seem much better now ... He can spend more time with them ...He seems much happier. He has missed his kids terribly. The kids are his whole world. It's all he cares about," a source dished to People.

This upcoming tell-all is bad news for Brangie, but we can't wait to see it!

Kanye West is back to work!

The troubled rapper guests on Tyga's new track "Feel Me" and the two headed out to Riverside, about an hour and a half east of LA, last night to shoot the single's music video. Kim and Kylie joined the nighttime trip to support their men, X17online can report exclusively.

The shoot that took place between 10pm yesterday and 3am this morning and featured dueling 4-wheel drives kicking up a LOT of dust at a local stadium. Kim stayed close to craft services and to her car, where she stayed bundled in a down puffer jacket. Kylie braved the 30-degree weather and watch the shoot from the sidelines.

The couples packed up an left in the wee hours of Thursday and headed back to Calabasas and Bel Air, respectively. They had to get their beauty rest before taking off for their family vacay to Costa Rica this afternoon!

We're shocked they made it to the milestone.

Rob Kardashian marked his one year anniversary with Blac Chyna by posting a video montage of the couple's sweetest moments on Instagram, and while it's kinda cute, we can't seem to forget about all the drama that has gone on since they got together.

To recap, when they first started dating, the video vixen was arrested for possession of ecstasy in Texas. Flash forward a few months and the whole Kardashian clan was shocked to learn that the sock designer had proposed to Tyga's ex, and then she announced she was expecting a baby a month later. The pair have had countless fights, breakups, and makeups, all documented on their reality show Rob & Chyna.

They welcomed daughter Dream in November, and then Kimmy K's little bro had a total meltdown and it seemed like they were over for good. Then his diabetes flared up and he was hospitalized, and they reconciled yet again. We can't keep up!

The K clan have largely taken the high road, but it's pretty obvious they can't stand the former stripper and want her gone sooner rather than later. Although, rumors have been circulating that the mother-of-two has no intention of letting Rob out of her grip, and wants another baby ASAP to solidify her place in the family.

We don't think this ends well for Rob, and we want to see him happy and healthy. Time to ditch her, dude!

There's something that leads us to believe that Ariel Winter is a HUGE Kylie Jenner fan ... and by HUGE fan, we mean SWF doppelganger-ish, serious style crush kind of fan.

We spotted the Modern Family actress out at the hair salon, trimming a few inches off her black bob just two days after Kylie ripped out her extensions and went dark. But that alone would be little proof ... so we've got more. The belfies, the boxer braids -- all in the style of Kylie and Ariel's Instagrams always follow Kylie's.

If imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, then Kylie must be feeling pretty good about Ariel's affection!

She's saying bye bye to the drama!

Meghan King Edmonds is not returning for the next season of Real Housewives of Orange County, Us Weekly reports. The 32-year-old wife of former baseball player Jim Edmonds welcomed her first child in November, and seems to want to focus on motherhood rather than the reality show.

Vicki Gunvalson, Tamra Judge, Shannon Beador, Kelly Dodd and Heather Dubrow will all be coming back for the 12th season of the hit Bravo program, but it's unclear if executives have chosen a newbie to replace Edmonds.

While we liked her, we didn't think she added enough spice and controversy to the plot lines, so we're not devastated at her departure. If Vicki left we'd stop watching!

Ivanka Trump's son Theodore stole the spotlight from his President grandpa yesterday by crawling for the first time, and the milestone went down on the living room floor of the White House! The 35-year-old businesswoman documented her little man on the move in an adorable Instagram video, as his big sis Arabella looked on in amazement.

"There were so many incredible milestones this past weekend -- including one for baby Theodore who crawled for the very first time in the White House!” The Donald's daughter captioned the clip.

The First Family relocated to Washington D.C. so Ivanka's husband Jared Kushner could begin his position as senior adviser to the new POTUS, and they seem to be loving life at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

We're glad they're so happy, because women, gays, minorities, and pretty much everyone other than old white men are already terrified of what's to come with this administration!
