Beyonce Knowles covers the April issue of Cosmopolitan UK, and the singer chats about everything from starting a family to fellow celebs whose beauty she admires.

Beyonce says Naomi Campbell, Halle Berry and Kim Kardashian make it look effortless when it comes to their looks, and she adds, "You can be beautiful but if you’re not secure in yourself, you don’t come across as sexy.” True that! But didn't Kim recently reveal that it took her three hours to get ready for an event? Effortless for her perhaps, but certainly not her hair and makeup team! Beyonce says she allows herself to indulge every now and then, telling the mag, “I love my butter pecan ice cream, but I also love to work out. We all have our issues. Mine is arms and legs, keeping them tight and toned. It takes work, believe me.”

So will she start a family any time soon? “Yes, I do want to embrace what happens next and family," she says. "It’s funny how your outlook changes as you get older, how you look at life – at other women – in a different way. I have so much admiration for women who are mothers, who balance family and work.”

Just one month after welcoming his new son with wife Penelope Cruz, Javier Bardem looked about as exhausted as a new dad should while out with his visiting family in Hollywood Monday night.

Although she brought her twins out on Sunday night, last night Penelope stayed home with their one-month-old son, while Best Oscar nominee Bardem (who lost out on the gold statue to Colin Firth) went to dinner with his mom and his brother.

The busy parents have been out several times since welcoming their son (reportedly named Leo) last month. Penelope will soon be promoting her summer blockbuster, Pirates of the Carribean: On Stranger Tides and Javier will next appear with Ben Affleck and Rachel McAdams in Terence Malick's next film.

Brooke Mueller's nanny was turned away from Charlie Sheen's home when she tried to pick up the former couple's twins Max and Bob just an hour ago, a source tells X17online exclusively. We're told Sheen wouldn't let the boys go.

Brooke Mueller is currently at the police station attempting to get help from law enforcement.

When you're a 17-year-old multi-millionaire the only thing left to ask for on your birthday is for your adoring fans to donate to charity!

And Justin Bieber did just that when he encouraged fans to make a pledge to Charity: Water in lieu of sending him gifts.

On the organization's website, Justin wrote:

"I have had an incredible year and it is all due to the fans helping me live my dream. I'm turning 17 years old on Tuesday, and have so much to be grateful for!

So this year, I really want my birthday to be all about helping others. Instead of asking for gifts, I'm asking friends, family and fans to consider donating $17 for my 17th birthday to help make a change.

100% of all donations go directly to building clean water projects in developing countries with charity: water, and we'll be able to see photos and GPS of the projects we helped build!

Together, we've made a big difference for many causes. Did you know that about 4,500 kids die each day from waterborne disease? By building clean water projects for villages that need them, we can prevent this!

I want to make my birthday matter this year -- let's make it so more kids can grow up to have a 17th birthday like me. Join me to make a change.

Just hours after Christina Aguilera was released from the West Hollywood Sheriff's station, ex-husband Jordan Bratman took 2-year-old son Max to a local park near his Santa Monica home.

As for whether Bratman will be able to keep Xtina's recently arrested beau Matthew Rutler from seeing his son, custody specialist Michael Kelly tells us:

"Courts do not ban the birth person's significant other from seeing the child. However, the other parent can order 'no alcohol or drugs for 24 hours' before the parent in question or her boyfriend sees the child."
