Lindsay Lohan is due at the Beverly Hills Courthouse at 8:30am this morning to appear before Judge Elden Fox for her probation violation hearing, and many media outlets are speculating that the 24-year-old actress will be sent back to jail.

Lindsay violated her probation by failing a drug test last month, and after Judge Fox sentenced her to 30 days in jail on September 24, Judge Patricia Schnegg threw out his ruling and set the starlet free. After just several hours behind bars at the Lynwood Correctional Facility, Lohan posted $300,000 bail and went to rehab at the Betty Ford Center on September 28, which she has been ever since.

Last night Madonna didn't bother hiding her love for her new boyfriend, backup dancer Brahim Zaibat, as she posed for the cameras during a night out in London.

Brahim was a bit more camera-shy, hiding his face as he left a dinner date with Locatelli with Madge to go clubbing with the 52-year-old at Aura!

Hey, what else do you do with a 24-year-old breakdancer but take him dancing?

The couple have only been dating a few months, but in the last week, they've been inseparable.

They spent the weekend together in New York before Brahim accompanied Madonna and her children to London.

Madonna only recently ended things with Jesus Luz (also 24) who was very involved with her kids, especially the little ones. Is she exposing them to this new guy so soon as well? And will that turn out to be something she regrets?

Yesterday Paris Hilton and her main squeeze Cy Waits went to lunch at Lemonade in West Hollywood, and they did more than just grab food at the trendy eatery -- Cy couldn't keep his hands off of Miss P!

Earlier in the day Paris went shopping for Halloween costumes with her sister Nicky, and a few hours after hitting up Trashy Lingerie and a few other party stores she tweeted, "What do you guys think are good ideas for couples costumes?"

Kim Kardashian celebrated 30 years on earth by dressing up and tearing up the Big Apple last night, and we can't wait to hear about her fabulous yacht party! Of course, Kim didn't get TOO crazy -- just after 1am EST it looked like she was headed home as she tweeted, "Had so much fun tonight! Gonna twitpic the memories!!!"

Lindsay Lohan is set to appear in court tomorrow before Judge Elden Fox for a probation violation hearing, and though the troubled starlet has spent the past month in rehab at Betty Ford Center, she may not be off the hook as far as the legal system is concerned.

It's been reported that Judge Fox may throw the 24-year-old actress back in jail for up to a year for failing a court mandated drug test last month, but if her lawyers are able to prove that she is making progress in rehab, she may be able to avoid time behind bars. Lohan could also receive a combination of jail time and an extended stay in the treatment facility, and the less likely scenario is that Lohan's hearing would be postponed and she would be allowed to continue her current rehab program.

Judge Fox sentenced Lohan to 30 days in jail on September 24 for violating her probation, but Judge Patricia Schnegg threw out his ruling and set Lohan's bail at $300,000 just a few hours after she was locked up at Lynwood Correctional Facility. On September 26, Lohan went to the Dream Center in LA where she volunteered her time with less fortunate inner city folks, and on September 28 she checked in to Betty Ford, where she has been ever since.

Lisa Marie Presley told Oprah: "I didn't understand my relationship with him" in a taped interview set to air tomorrow.

The 42-year-old said she understand why the media and the public speculated about the validity of their marriage: "I understand that nobody really knew who I was. They just assumed I was going along with something he would be doing ... I understand him better now. The manipulation was a survival tactic for him."

And just what was Michael trying to "survive?" Lisa Marie said drugs were becoming an issue toward the end of their two-year marriage ('94 - '96). Presley says Jackson tried to keep his drug use a secret but just before Jackson filed for divorce, she says, "There was just an occasion, an incident where he had collapsed and he was in the hospital ... Every day there was a different report. And I couldn't tell what was happening. I couldn't really get a straight answer about what was happening with him and I think we were all a little bit in the dark." Doctors said it was a viral infection but Presley claims otherwise.

Before their divorce in 1996, Presley says, Jackson was pushing her away in favor of drugs. She wondered aloud to Oprah, whether she could have save Micheal's life: "I know it's naive to think that I could have, but I wanted to. Had I made a call, had I stopped being so shut off from him, had I Just said, 'How are you?' I really regret that I didn't."

Oksana Grigorieva was snapped leaving Los Angeles County Superior Court this afternoon after a judge denied her motion to keep the contents of her computer private.

The Sheriff's Department wants full access to Oksana's computer and cell phone in connection with her extortion investigation involving Mel Gibson, and Grigorieva's attorney Daniel Horowitz said he was disappointed with Judge Scott Gordon's ruling. Horowitz told reporters outside of the courtroom, "It's not embarrassing, it's private. Private things should not be seen by law enforcement officers."

However, Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore said that what Grigorieva and Horowitz were objecting to was "standard operating procedure" for law enforcement investigations. Whitmore added, "The judge did the right thing by letting the Sheriff's Department do its job. The motion should have never been filed."

Rumer Willis was spotted lighting up a cigarette outside of her hotel in Berlin, Germany this morning, and we're not sure if she's missing her hot new man Chord Overstreet or if the weather is cramping her style, but she certainly wasn't in the mood to cheese it up for the cameras!
