Given the fact that it was raining buckets last night (not to mention that she's coming from the gym), I will ignore the fact that Britney Spears looks like a hot, wet mess here...

However, I can't ignore the fact that Brit has once again busted out her Dick shirt! We caught the pop princess leaving Spectrum Sports Club in LA last night, and after she was done sweating it out, her boyfriend Jason Trawick picked her up. Hopefully he had a fresh shirt for her to change into, as we wouldn't want Jayden James and Sean Preston to learn any more naughty words!

Last night Chris Pine and girlfriend Olivia Munn dined at Madeo, and not only did they have to shield themselves from the rain, but they also had to battle a pack of photographers asking them questions about their rumored breakup.

Olivia didn't seem to care about it, but Chris looked increasingly annoyed as he tried to make his way to his car. One photographer got a little too close for comfort, and Chris actually ended up taking a swing at him from the driver's seat - yikes!

An X17 photographer on the scene tells X17online exclusively:

"Chris didn't seem very protective of Olivia, but he was definitely looking out for himself! When one pap got up in his face, he reached out from inside the car and hit him! I definitely wouldn't mess with this guy!"

After their romantic meal, the couple went to Voyeur around 12:45am and stayed for an hour. I guess there's not an ounce of truth to those split rumors, as a source inside the club tells X17online exclusively:

"They are totally boyfriend and girlfriend and into each other. They were both sporting huge smiles and they whispered into each others ears throughout the night and laughed hysterically. They were even watching the nude dancers all over each other and they were enjoying it as though it was turning them on. They stood by the dancers' stage and never left. They looked at each other affectionately and I would definitely say that these two are a hot item again!"

Last night Lindsay Lohan went to the recording studio around 11pm (don't ask) and around 12:45am she headed to Villa, where her ex-lady love Samantha Ronson was spinning. Not sure if she's trying to win Sam back or make her jealous, but clearly Lindsay had other people to distract her, as we later spotted her leaving with a car full of famous friends!

Around 3am, Kristin Cavallari and Brody Jenner showed up to Villa in a cab, and afterwards Lindsay left with the Hills stars (along with actress Meagan Good) and headed to her house to continue the party! Do these kids ever sleep!? And since when was Lindsay friends with Brody and Kristin? What's next, a guest spot on their MTV reality show?

Um, what's she doing awake at this hour? And what on earth is that message supposed to mean? Did someone not go to bed last night? Tsk tsk!

Yesterday we spotted Pete Wentz, Ashlee Simpson and baby Bronx out and about in NYC, but don't let the chilly weather and dark clothes fool you! Not only did Ashlee look proud to show off her fabulous figure, but Pete looked thrilled to show off his beautiful family. Aww, the only thing missing was Aunt Jess and her bf Billy Corgan!

After George Clooney, Sandra Bullock, Gisele Bundchen, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie made seven figure donations to help Haiti, Leonardo DiCaprio has added his name to the group, donating $1 million to the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund.

The donation will be made through the actor's own Leonardo DiCaprio Fund, and former president Bill Clinton released the following statement:

"I am grateful for the generous gift Leonardo DiCaprio and his Foundation have made in support of our Clinton Bush Haiti Fund. Combined with the outpouring of donations from Americans and citizens around the world of all means, this support will go a long way to help save more lives, reach more people with emergency assistance, and help the Haitian people build their nation back stronger and more secure than it was before the earthquake."

The rehabilitated actress has been out and about partying a lot lately - not that that's anything new! Nevertheless, we've noticed that when LiLo goes out, she covers up her hair!

First at a pre-Golden Globes party at the Chateau Marmont, she wore a distracting headband. Then at a Globes after-party she wore a sparkly minidress slash hoodie! Finally, on the night she made out with that French actor, she wore a knitted cap.

So many hats, so little time! Or does Lindsay just hate to show her hair? What's she hiding up there! Or better yet, what's she trying to cover up?

Whoops! The drama never ends for Mischa Barton.

The Law & Order guest starrer is being sued by her landlord, M.R.A. Realities, for not paying rent on her $7,000-a-month Tribeca apartment... for the last three months, reports The AP.

Barton's reps had no immediate response to the lawsuit, but the landlord wants Mischa to pay both the rent and their legal fees.

Poor girl! She just can't catch a break. Think she'll wind up like Lindsay Lohan?

A member of the Hollywood "Bling Ring" (as the DA's office is calling it) has been charged with receiving stolen property - Courtney Ames decided to accessorize with a necklace stolen from Lindsay Lohan's house on her court date to face charges of burglarizing Paris Hilton! Smaaaart!

Ames, 19, wore the jewelry to her Dec. 2 arraignment and it was at that time, the necklace was ID'd as being Lindsay's. The teen thief was also charged today, by the Los Angeles District Attorney's office, with allegedly possessing a leather jacket belonging to Paris.

Prosecutors filed an additional charge against fellow burglar bunch member Diana Tamayo, 19, for allegedly receiving stolen property belonging to Rachel Bilson. Ames, Tomayo and co-defendants Nicholas Purgo and Roy Lopez, Jr. appeared in court today and were ordered to return Feb. 10 to set a date for the preliminary hearing.

Other members of the "bling ring" have court dates set for this month and next.
