We snapped Paris Hilton leaving the dentist's office in Beverly Hills this afternoon, and while she didn't have to get any fillings, she tweeted some bad news: she has to get her wisdom teeth taken out sometime in the near future! Ouch!

Despite the unfortunate news, Paris was all smiles as she strutted down the sidewalk. And why shouldn't she be? She looks absolutely adorable in this word print dress, and at least she has her own personal tooth fairy to take care of her when it's time to get her wisdom teeth taken out!

Of course, she had a throng of photogs to keep her company too - Paris tweeted, "I just had quite a surprise while leaving the Dentist office. They came out of nowhere..." and posted the following snapshot:



Even a routine trip to the dentist is like a red carpet outing for her...HUGE!

A source close to Conan O'Brien has revealed that January 22nd will likely be his last night hosting NBC's The Tonight Show. The insider tells People, "Conan does not currently plan on doing any more new shows after next week."

According to the network, the show was set to go on hiatus on January 25 anyway, but it will be very interesting to see what happens after that.

What do you think NBC should do? Will pressure from the public get them to change their minds about Jay and Conan?

UPDATE! Conan's rep tells Us this is "not true." Rather, the talk show host "has a scheduled hiatus the week of January 25."

Scott Disick, on the other hand, ALWAYS dresses up. He might look like Patrick Bateman, but at least he's not drinking alcohol in public!

Simon and Scott both attended the Vida launch at Voyeur last night, and it looks like Rex wanted to keep the party going after he left!
