An ex parte hearing took place just a few minutes ago in downtown Los Angeles for the Michael Jackson probate case, and here's what we know...

On Monday, Katherine Jackson was appointed temporary administrator of her son's estate, after she stated that her son did not have a will, but now that the will has been filed, the executors listed in the document want control over Jackson's assets.

John Branca, John McClain and Barry Siegel are named as co-executors - Branca was Jackson's attorney, McClain is a music executive and Siegel was Jackson's former accountant. The three apparently asked the commissioner to nullify Katherine's power as temporary administrator so they could take over...

UPDATE:
The judge has ruled that Jackson's mother will remain the temporary administrator of his estate for the rest of the week, and another hearing will take place on Monday, July 6.

The Daily Mail reports that Cristiano Ronaldo flipped out the other day when he caught 17-year-old Sara Pardal videotaping him, and he injured the young fan when he kicked in her car window, sending shards of glass flying at her!

Pardal was treated in hospital for her alleged injuries and later reported the attack to the police, telling them that she was waiting outside Ronaldo's Lisbon apartment because she simply wanted an autograph.

While Ronaldo admitted to kicking the car, he insists that the girl was working with a paparazzi photographer, and he also accused her of exaggerating her injuries. The soccer stud released the following statemeny: "I regret what I did, but I can't promise that I would not react in the same way again in the same circumstances."

Michael Jackson's will has been filed with the court, and in it Jackson nominates his mother Katherine as the guardian for his three children. The will states that if Katherine died before him or couldn't serve as guardian, he'd like Diana Ross to be made the legal guardian for Paris, Prince and Blanket.

Jackson left everything to the Michael Jackson Family Trust, stating, "I give my residuary estate to the Trustee or Trustees named to act in the Michael Jackson Family Trust." Jackson states that his marriage to Debbie Rowe "has been dissolved," and regarding leaving any money to his ex-wife, he has "intentionally omitted to provide for [her]."

A petition was filed along with the will, stating that Jackson's estate is worth more than $500,000,000. The petition notes that Jackson's assets consist of "non-cash, non-liquid assets, including primarily an interest in a catalog of music royalty rights which is currently being administered by Sony/ATV, and interests in various entities."

I know, right! Prince of Pop Justin Timberlake... an actor? But he was good in Alpha Dog, I'll give him that.

There's a report in The Sun that JT shared a drink with director Guy Ritchie - they know each other through Madonna, natch - and discussed working on some upcoming film projects together. A source says that "Justin would be ideal for Guys And Dolls because he can act, dance and sing. He would be a great box office draw into the bargain, as well as a safe bet to sell the soundtrack."

Hmm, does this mean that Justin will be competing with fellow heartthrob Zac Efron on the silver screen? It's going to be a musical theater dance-off!
