Despite being spotted out together in Los Angeles last night, People reports that Bar Refaeli and Leonardo DiCaprio have split! A source tells the mag, "They're taking time off for the time being, they've split. It could just end up as a break, but for now they're doing their own thing."

Over the weekend, Leo was spotted at club Avenue in New York City chatting with another woman, and an eyewitness reports, "He was standing at the bar in front of everyone talking to a girl the entire night – and it wasn't Bar. It was in no way behavior for a guy who has a serious girlfriend."

Additionally, a source close to Bar reveals that the bikini model's desire to settle down may have put a strain on their relationship. "She wanted to move faster than he did, she wanted to move in together, so [Leo] broke it off."

It appears as though People is sticking by their story, but now a source tells Us Weekly that Bar and Leo "are still together." Given the photographic evidence, we'd be inclined to agree, but then we got to thinking...since when did photographers get lucky enough to snap a shot of Leo out in public like that? Is there something else going on here?

We snapped even more shots of Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning leaving a recording studio here in Hollywood yesterday evening, after working on scenes and songs for their upcoming Joan Jett biopic, The Runaways.

Despite the divorce drama playing out during her pregnancy, Kelly Rutherford managed to give birth to a healthy baby girl yesterday, Helena Grace Rutherford Giersch.

Her rep tells Life & Style, "Kelly and the baby are doing just fine," and notes that Kelly's embattled ex was notified of his daughter's arrival and invited to the hospital.

Helena Grace joins her big brother, two-year-old Hermes Gustaf.

Brad Pitt left his fam on the East Coast to pop over to the Art Basel show in Switzerland today.

The art fan (Pitt previously plunked down about $300,000 on a table at last year's show) was eyeing several paintings, including one canvas painted in 24k gold!

Maybe it's just jet-lag (or the 6 children?), but with the grey beard and the bags under Brad's eyes, he's finally starting to show his age!

Adam Lambert is finally addressing the rumors about his sexuality head on.

"I don’t think it should be a surprise for anyone to hear that I’m gay," Lambert says in the new issue of Rolling Stone, hitting newsstands this week.

Shocking right? So why did he wait so long to just say what everyone pretty much already knew?

"Right after the finale, I almost started talking about it to the reporters, but I thought, 'I'm going to wait for Rolling Stone, that will be cooler.'" he tells the mag. "I didn’t want the Clay Aiken thing and the celebrity-magazine bullshit. I need to be able to explain myself in context.

"I'm proud of my sexuality," Lambert continues. "I embrace it. It’s just another part of me."

Well said Adam!

And it doesn't look like this so-called "admission" is going to dampen his chances of stardom.

He's just inked a deal with 19 Entertainment and RCA. Expect Adam's first CD to be released this fall.

According to the UK tabs, after being turned down in her bid to adopt four-year-old Malawian Chifundo "Mercy" James, Madonna has finally convinced three appeal judges to let her take custody of the girl.

She was originally turned down due to the fact that she didn't reside in the country (although the unofficial reason may have had more to do with her lifestyle), but somehow, Madonna has found away around that law.

"All recommendations are in favour of the adoption taking place," a source tells The Sun. "Mercy should start packing her bags. She's off to America."

The official ruling is set for Sunday.
