A source close to Rihanna tells X17online exclusively:

"Ri is doing great. She is trying to put Chris on the back burner. They still have joint business assets so they are still keeping in touch indirectly.

Rihanna is focusing on her new album. She has a lot of creative control so she is doing it her way. This is the first time she has been able to do that.

Chris, however, is a mess. He lost a lot of weight, about 15 lbs. I do know that Chris is also in a depression and is drinking a lot. He almost got his butt kicked in VA about a week ago."

With all the drama of the trial (especially the part where Chris pleaded "not guilty") it's good to hear that Rihanna is keeping her distance and concentrating on her work!

Britney Spears could be taking her Circus tour to the land of Koalas and Kangaroos!!

In a hearing on Monday, attorneys for Brit's dad and conservator Jamie Spears brought up the idea of extending her current tour to include stops in Australia and adding additional dates in Europe.

Nothing was decided at the hearing, but they'll be back in court on April 14th to talk about the idea further.

After confirming her breakup yesterday, X17 photogs spotted Lindsay going to a meeting at "Right On Programs" in Glendale, a substance abuse program that bills itself as "an alternative to AA."

We're sure this is just part of her DUI settlement, but the meeting seems to have had a calming affect on Lindsay, which is something she so desperately needs right now.

But seeing her in that tank top, with her bones protruding through her skin kind of makes us wish she'd go to a UA meeting: Under-eaters Anonymous!

Anna Nicole Smith's former attorney/lover Howard K. Stern is in a Los Angeles Courtroom this morning where is he is expected to be arraigned on felony charges that he provided Smith with the prescription drugs that eventually lead to her death.

Smith's psychiatrist, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich is also set to be arraigned today on a number of felony counts related to the numerous prescription she provided the former model and reality TV star.

Of the drugs found in the hotel room where Anna Nicole was staying shortly before her overdose, all were prescribed by Eroshevich and eight of them were in Stern's name.

Violet's usually such a happy child (when she's with mom, anyway) so we were surprised to see a scowl on her super-cute face yesterday!

Technically, it's Sam's mom and sis who requested the RO, not Sam herself, so can we expect Lindsay to roll up to Sam's next gig in San Fran to surprise her like she did last month in Vegas?
